LGJS believe that staying active is essential for well-being. The benefits of daily activity are not only vital for maintaining good physical health, but also essential for mental health - enabling us to cope with all of the challenges that daily life can bring. This is vital during such challenging and uncertain times.

Although we cannot deliver our usual formats during these times, we strongly encourage you to follow guidance supplied by staff ... and to keep moving
