WORLD BOOK DAY
We really love reading and can't wait for World Book Day on Thursday, 7th March - to celebrate, we shall be staging a Story Hat Challenge. Highlights from the day can be viewed here
What a fantastic array of character hats we saw, the children had gone to great trouble to bring colour to our World Book Day. It was a really hard job to select a winner from each year group with so many fabulous entries to choose from. It was interesting to hear why the children had chosen the book they did and why that book in particular was the one they liked the most and were so keen to represent it. The winners will now be able to choose a book of their choice from the book fair when it comes to school in April.
